A Message from our V.P. of Membership

Hello everyone, my name is Abby All and I am the Vice President of Membership for the Omicron Zeta chapter of Delta Zeta at Randolph-Macon College. As VP of Membership my responsibilities include planning recruitment, keeping our chapter at “total” and overseeing the chapters overall membership experience/retention! Recruitment is such an important aspect of Delta Zeta and insures that our amazing legacy is maintained though our members. The entire chapter puts forth a fantastic effort to work together to keep the recruitment process fun, smooth, and memorable for all our PNMs and sisters. My biggest hope for the process is that each woman finds their best friends in Delta Zeta just as I have. Recruitment can be scary or stressful but remember to be yourself, have fun, and make memories that will last a lifetime. I know recruitment is going to be the best for our chapter this year because we are so excited to gain more extraordinary women that are just as wonderful as the women we have in our chapter today.
